Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the difference is calculated proportionally.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data stays safe. If you downgrade to the Sailor plan, data older than 5 years will be archived but not deleted.

Is AI recognition available in the Sailor plan?

AI document recognition and invoice builder are available in Bosun and higher plans. Booking system and note sharing are available in Helmsman and Captain plans. AI assistants (agents) and premium transcription are available only in the Captain plan. In the Sailor plan, entries must be added manually.

What is the intro price?

The intro price is a special invitation price for new customers. It is lower than the full price and valid during the introductory period. After that, the full price applies.

How does the annual subscription work?

The annual subscription gives you 2 months free. You pay for 10 months and get 12. It can be chosen for any paid plan.

Are voice input and audio transcription available in all plans?

Voice input (record and insert text into notes) is available to all users. Captain plan subscribers can upload audio files for transcription, such as meeting or lecture recordings, and get text with automatic speech recognition.
