Terms of Service

Komandcentrs is a Latvia-based financial accounting and productivity platform offering tax registry, invoicing, booking management, notes, calendar sync and AI (artificial intelligence) agents. The service is provided via a web application accessible at komandcentrs.lv.

These terms apply to all service users regardless of the chosen subscription plan.

To use the service, you must create an account by providing your real first name, last name and email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all actions taken with your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately by writing to info@komandcentrs.lv

• You agree to enter truthful and accurate information about your business financial transactions, invoices and other data.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the entered data complies with Latvian legislation, including accounting and tax regulations.
• You may not use the service for illegal purposes or in a way that interferes with other users or the service operation.
• You may not share your account with third parties without our written consent.

Komandcentrs offers several subscription plans. The plan price and included features are published on our pricing page. The monthly fee is charged automatically until you cancel the subscription.

You can cancel the subscription at any time. After cancellation, the service remains available until the end of the current billing period. Payments are not refunded for partially used months.

Komandcentrs integrates with third-party services, including:

• Google: calendar synchronization. Access to Google data is requested with user consent using OAuth authentication.
• VID EDS: tax declaration submission. Komandcentrs prepares the declaration XML file, but submission to VID is done with the user's own credentials.
• Supabase: data storage in the EU region.
• Ollama Cloud and/or OpenRouter: AI inference for document and conversation processing.

We are not responsible for third-party service outages or data processing policy changes that are beyond our control.

Komandcentrs uses AI technologies to help process financial documents, answer questions and automate routine tasks. AI-generated suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate, and you are always responsible for the content you save or submit to VID.

No automatic action (tax declaration submission, invoice sending) is performed without your direct approval.

Data processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Latvian and EU data protection regulations (GDPR). By using the service, you agree to the processing of your data as described in the privacy policy.

The Komandcentrs platform, its design, code and content are intellectual property owned by the Komandcentrs operator. The data you enter remains your property. You grant Komandcentrs the right to process your data for the purpose of providing the service, as described in these terms and the privacy policy.

Komandcentrs is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including incorrectly calculated taxes, erroneous AI-suggested entries or third-party service outages.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your company's accounting and taxes. Komandcentrs is a helper tool, not a certified accountant or tax consultant.

You can delete your account at any time by writing to info@komandcentrs.lv. After account deletion, data retention follows the periods specified in the privacy policy and Latvian legal requirements.

We reserve the right to change these terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. By continuing to use the service after the changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms.
